Sensitive Area Consent Form

TAAOM was contacted by the Texas Acupuncture Board to help address issues when needling in sensitive or private areas. The AAC (Malpractice insurance company) has noted a 200% increase in allegations of misconduct with acupuncturists. We have created a document to be used in clinics to receive consent before treatments to help avoid allegations of misconduct. Click on the image below to download the document.
