TAAOM FALL SEMINAR
Via Zoom

Sunday, October 24: 10:00am–5:00pm

Join us for the 2021 TAAOM Fall Seminar, offered via Zoom!
We are pleased to offer you the choice of being able to sign up for either the full 16* hours or 1 day with a discount, or, if you prefer, you may select individual topics. Please note that separate links for each of the individual topics you register for will be emailed to you even if you signed up for the full 16 hours or 1 day of the program. Also, everyone who registers will have access to their recorded topics for a limited time starting November 1, just in case you miss a class or wish to review a topic!

We have recruited 8 experienced practitioners who will be presenting a variety of topics via Zoom to help you support and meet the needs of your clients during this ongoing crisis. You will find a copy of the Brochure HERE that includes the schedule of topics, presenters, CAE hours per topic and individual cost per topic, along with how to register. Registrations will be accepted online (hosted at TheTheorists.org), although, if you have any difficulty, just contact Leslie (see information below). Online registration opens TODAY, September 22.

Register online HERE.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email listing all of your selected topics that provides a Zoom link (including meeting ID and password) for each topic, accessible via your browser. You do NOT need to download the Zoom application to view your topics, although it is free, and it should make connections faster. To help move from topic to topic, there are 15-minute breaks between each topic, so that once one topic is adjourned, you have time to set up the next topic link in your browser or your Zoom application page.

On or about October 15, you will be sent the study materials associated with each topic for which you registered. You will also receive a separate packet that includes an Evaluation Form for each speaker and an Attendance Verification Form listing each topic for which you registered. On the Attendance Verification Form, you MUST complete ALL highlighted items, including entering the attendance hours for those topics you actually did attend, sign, date and return the form to me in order to receive your CAE certificate.

* The Texas State Board of Acupuncture Examiners has granted to TAAOM (Approved Provider # CAE00004) a total of 16 hours of CAE credit for this Fall Seminar:

  • Bio-medicine - 3
  • General Acupuncture - 7.5
  • Herbology – 4
  • Safety and Ethics - 1.5.

These courses may be used for PDAs by NCCAOM for recertification purposes.
