Proposed Bylaw Changes 2011
Call for Nominations: TAAOM Board of Directors
When the TAAOM reconvenes its Annual Meeting in Austin on December 11, 2011, elections for the Board of Directors will be held. The TAAOM is seeking interested candidates to serve two year terms as Directors and to possibly be selected to serve on the Executive Committee. The obligation requires making periodic conference calls and in-person meetings to include the Annual Meeting held in Houston in even numbered years and in Austin in the odd-numbered legislative years. Duties will routinely involve decision-making consistent with the strategic plan and possible service on committees, task forces, and working groups. A more detailed job description is available upon request, and will be posted on the new association website. For more information, email taaom.execdir@gmail.com.
